The information below shows the Cheerleading Rules and Regulations as well as Forms you must use to participate in our program. You are encouraged to download these documents at the appropriate points in time. These documents will primarily be in MS Word format, MS Excel format or PDF (ex: Adobe Acrobat format). If you do not have these programs installed in your computer you will have difficulty opening these documents after downloading them.

 Document                 When available/needed       Description

VYC Cheer 2009 Calendar	Usually available during the month of January of the calendar year.	This document contains a month-by-month list of VYC Cheerleading activities.
Rules_and_Regulations_2009_edition	Usually available by the month of May of the current year.	This document describes the rules [old and new] that will govern the Cheerleading program.
2009 - Cheerleading Team Record	Available at all times online. This form must be turned in to the appropriate Division President at the July Cheerleading Board meeting.	This document describes the locations where your Cheerleading squads will practice for the season. A Team Record form is required for each Cheerleading squad in your Club.
2009 - Certification Roster	Available online at all times.	Each squad in your Club is required to complete its own certification roster.
2009 - Medical Release Form	Available online at all times.	This document must be filled out by each Cheerleader and her parent(s)/guardian at the time she enrolls in your program. This is a required document for certification.
2009 Cheer Board Contact list	Available at all times but can be updated quite often.	The information found here shows the contact information for each Club participating in the Valley Youth Conference Cheerleading program.
2009 - Competition Roster	Available online at all times. This document must be turned in to your Division President at the first October meeting of the Cheerleading Board of Directors	This document will list your Cheerleaders who will compete at Cheer Competition.
2009 - Cheer Competition Waiver	Available online at all times. This document must be turned in to your Division President at the first October meeting of the Cheerleading Board of Directors	If Cheerleaders who are listed on your Certified Roster are excluded from your Competition Roster then there MUST be a completed Competition Waiver for each Cheerleader not participating.
2009 - Cheer Competition Checklist	Usually available prior to the September Board meeting.	This document should be downloaded and brought to the September and October meetings for discussion and checkpoints on Cheer Competition.
Parents letter	Usually available by October 1st.	This document usually contains information that is specific to the parents of our Cheerleaders.
